SELF-PUBLISHED ZINE
ART DIRECTION, PHOTOGRAPHY + DESIGN / LAYOUT
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Like many during the early early days of the Pandemic, I was stir crazy. With lockdowns keeping us virtually immobile, I began a series of night walks in my neighborhood, searching for fresh air and a new POV. These adventures yielded the beauty of the lost and forgotten which manifested in often fragile things of no obvious significance that are ignored or taken for granted when life is moving too fast. As I walked I imagined other lone souls around the world maybe doing the same. This, along with my longtime fascination with maps, influenced much of the design in an attempt to place these moments not only in a physical realm, but a temporal one as well.
Below are a selection of images from the zine.
